Thank you for using UltiMat Products. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem, all UltiMat products are covered by our UltiMat Lifetime Guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of your UltiMat, we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 30 days. Just return the mat along with proof of purchase.

UltiMat will continue to guarantee your mat against wear or defects after the initial 30 days. Any liability, either expressed or implied, is limited to replacement of the product. This guarantee is void only if the UltiMat product has been abused beyond reasonable normal use. The guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack or children wielding sharp instruments.
